We are nonprofit consultants, coaches, pracademics, funders, and nonprofit professionals all actively strengthening our practices and the field of capacity building. We are YOU. We believe that quality research and practice need each other; that each lens and pursuit should inform and affect the other. Through our inspiring and diverse programs and groups, our members learn new methods and strategies to strengthen their practices, work, and impact. We welcome all who are curious, all who embrace open dialogue, and all who seek to collaborate in a knowledge community with diverse perspectives and a common purpose for good. Together, we are at the forefront of capacity building research and practice. Our network and research help those involved in nonprofit capacity building to stay informed of, involved in, and connected to new trends, studies, publications, resources, and opportunities.
